• Rental Fees for Social Gatherings at The Gate House or Pavilion, add $10.00 per person for rental fee. This gives you a 3-4 hour time slot.
  
• ​Gatherings have a three or four hour time slot depending on your event need.
  
• ​Rental Fees include fees for the facility, room set up, clean up, tables, chairs, table covers, centerpieces, staff and so much more.
